and will run two times, not in succession, and the best time will be recorded on the athlete profile
and posted in the testing results.

the greatest number of repetitions. A repetition will only count if bar is touched to chest and arms
are fully extended. Athlete will receive assistance getting bar on and off the rack initially. Maximum
number of repetitions will be recorded on the athlete profile and posted in the testing results.
20-yard Shuttle Run
Electronic timing will be used for 20-yard shuttle run testing. The athlete will start in an athletic,
defensive position. Once they move from the sensors to the left the time clock will start. The athlete will
run 5-yards and touch the line with one hand. Then the athlete will turn and run 10-yards the other way and
touch that line with one hand. Finally, the athlete will turn again and run though the center sensors as
quickly as possible. The athlete's best score out of two tries will be recorded on the athlete profile and
posted in the testing results.
3 Cone Drill
Electronic timing will be used for 3-cone drill testing. The cones are placed 5 yards apart and placed
in an inverted "L" position. The athlete will start in a three/two point stance. He will sprint from Cone A
to Cone B and then back to Cone A. Then he will sprint around the outside of Cone B towards the inside of
Cone C. The athlete will go around Cone C and back to the outside of Cone B on the way to the finish line
at Cone A. If the player slips, falls or fails to run the sequence in the proper order they will get one
restart without penalty. The player must not knock any of the cones over. Time will begin on first movement
and end when the player crosses the finish line. The time will be recorded to the nearest hundredth second.
The athlete's best time out of two tries will be recorded on the athlete profile and posted in the testing
results.

while wearing only workout shorts and combine shirt. Weight will be measured to the nearest half-pound.
Height will be measured while barefoot and measured to the nearest quarter-inch. Body fat will be measured
to the nearest tenth of a percent. All measurements will be taken using calibrated digital physicians
equipment.
